I want to start my Bio off by saying I refuse to call my self a chef. I’m just a cook with a defined pallet for amazing food and wine.
My grandma and my mom are Chefs, they have been my inspiration to create and think out side of the box when it comes to cooking. My mom had my sister and I in the kitchen at a young age. Teaching us the basic fundamentals of traditional European foods. About the time I was 8 years old I was cooking full dinners for my family, My mom always pushed me to think out side of the box it wasn’t about how creative you are but what can you do to change and perfect what other people are doing and creating.
By the time I was a teenager my mom told me, Tony you need to keep up with cooking because your going to have a hard time finding a woman who can cook the foods you love and have passion for. And since then I have done noting but study cookbooks and cook for my loved ones and see how far I can take my skills and learning abilities.
