Dennis is the head chef and Pitmaster of WarPig BBQ, a competition BBQ team in Houston, Texas. Dennis has competed across the country in BBQ and steak competitions. He and his team were featured on the Travel Channel’s “The Grill of Victory”. Outside of the BBQ world, Dennis is known for his “Texas Creole” style of cooking which incorporates the big, bold Texas flavors with the decadent, spicy flavors of New Orleans. Dennis is also known for creating award winning BBQ sauces. His FUBAR Elite BBQ sauce won 1st place in HEB”s 2017 Quest For Texas Best competition, edging out over 600 contestants.
