Seafood Manager at Central Market and as a cooking school instructor working with some of the world’s finest chefs. One of the highlights was his position as GM and Executive Chef for the Quality Seafood Restaurant, a famous Austin tradition. Desiring to move to the hill country, he didn’t hesitate when an amazing opportunity with another famous Texas venue, Hays City Store, was presented.
